Lifeskills  are essential

But many skills that come easily for most people can be difficult to master for those with profound autism.

I believe life skills are one of the most valuable things you can teach your child. Skills like getting dressed, preparing a snack, or following a routine may seem small, but they build the foundation for greater independence.

When individuals with profound autism can manage more on their own, it gives them a sense of confidence and control over their world. And for parents, it brings comfort knowing your child is gaining the ability to navigate daily life with more ease.

“It is not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings.”

— Ann Landers

Life Skills Essentials Course

My Life Skills Essentials Course is created specifically for parents and caregivers. It teaches you how to break down essential life skills into simple, teachable steps so that you can feel confident helping your child learn and grow.

You don’t need a background in education or therapy, just a willingness to show up. I keep my courses affordable because I believe every family deserves access to tools that support meaningful progress at home.

Coaching

My weekly coaching is personalized to meet the unique needs of each family. I start by getting to know you and your child, then create a custom plan focused on the specific skills and goals that matter most to you.

Each plan includes clear guidance on how to get started and ongoing support as your child learns and grows. I adapt my approach based on your child’s progress and provide regular feedback to keep things moving forward. Because meaningful progress takes time, we recommend a minimum commitment of three months.

Printable Resources

Social stories and visuals play a key role in how individuals with profound autism learn and communicate. My printable resources are designed to support everyday routines, build understanding, and reduce stress for both children and caregivers.

These are tools I’ve used myself, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful they can be. I’ve created these so you don’t have to, giving you ready-to-use supports that truly make a difference.

Unfortunately, we are not able to help with behavioral struggles since we only provide services virtually. We strongly believe that behavioral struggles need to be addressed within the home and would need in-person observation and interventions.

Unfortunately, we do not take insurance at the moment.

No, we strongly believe that any parent or caregiver can be successful in teaching their child with profound autism. The only requirement is patience.

The founder

Hey there! I’m Nat

My mission is to help you give your child as much independence as possible.

As an educator and life skills coach with over 5 years of professional and 10+ years of personal experience, I’ve supported kids with disabilities like autism, ADHD, OCD, Down syndrome, and more. I’ve worked in classrooms and directly with families to help children achieve things they were once told weren’t possible.

My specialty is adapting everyday activities to fit each child’s unique abilities—turning daily routines into meaningful learning. I combine my background in educational psychology and child development with real-world strategies to guide families in building life skills, confidence, and lasting independence—one small step at a time.
